Ice Racer
If you want a racing game that puts you in control of a powerful machine, look no further than this one. Not only do you get to barrel along in an awesome vehicle, but you also get to do so on an icy terrain.
Controls
You can use four different keys to operate this vehicle. The first is the up key. This key allows you to give the vehicle gas. Pressing the down key will apply the vehicle's brakes. If you continue holding it down, the vehicle will begin moving in reverse. The other two keys are the left and right arrows. Left allows you to shift weight to the back of the vehicle, while right moves the weight towards the front. You can also press P if you want to pause the game while you are playing it.
Gameplay
The reason that it's important to be able to shift the weight of your vehicle is because you need to keep it balanced. While this vehicle provides you with a ton of power, it's up to you to make sure that you don't flip it over.
To begin playing, press the Play button in the middle of the lower part of the screen. In addition to seeing your vehicle and the terrain, you will also see a timer and an icon that shows how many lives you have left.
As you start driving, you'll get a feel for applying speed while still keeping your vehicle balanced. One helpful tip is if you're having difficulty not flipping your vehicle, try hitting the down arrow as you are clearing an obstacle.
